After ED, CBI’s ‘Chakravyuh’ Anil Ambani trapped in India, raid on his house and office, now action taken in which case?
CBI Searches Anil Ambani House And Office: The investigating agency CBI has registered a new FIR against industrialist Anil Ambani, this case is related to the loan taken from Bank of Baroda, the investigating agency alleges that RCom and its associated companies caused a loss of about Rs 2 thousand 220 crore to the bank between 2013 and 2017.
Case registered on the complaint of Bank of Baroda
According to CBI, the case has been registered following the complaint of Bank of Baroda. As soon as the FIR was registered, Anil Ambani’s residences and the office of Reliance Communications were searched, during which all the documents of the loan taken from the bank were seized. The agency claims that the loan amount was not used as per the terms and conditions of the bank, but was used in other companies.
Loan of Rs 31 thousand 580 crore was taken
The bank alleges that RCom and its partner companies, including Reliance Infratel Limited and Reliance Telecom Limited, together had taken a loan of Rs 31 thousand 580 crore. In which apart from banks, financial institutions are also included.

The most shocking thing in this is that out of this amount, Rs 6,265 crore was used to repay the loans of other banks and Rs 5,501 crore was transferred to other related parties and about Rs 3,000 crore was invested in FDs and mutual funds, the allegation is that these investments were soon encashed and the amount was further transferred.
A day earlier, ED had seized the house ‘Abode’
On Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate took major action and seized Anil Ambani’s house Abode. This seizure took place after the order of Bombay High Court, the seized house is said to be worth Rs 3,716 crore. Apart from this, till now action has been taken against Anil Ambani’s property worth Rs 15 thousand crore.
