Varanasi, 27 February. Hearing is to be held today in Allahabad High Court on the anticipatory bail petition filed by Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, who is involved in sexual harassment case. Before this, Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati has presented his side. He says that the lies have started being exposed and soon the whole truth will be revealed to the public. He also made a scathing attack on Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj.

Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, while talking to the media about the further proceedings, said, “Every day is important for us. We also have the right to express our views and we have presented our side in the court and it is expected that the court will also give the verdict with its discretion. Every effort will be made by these people to ensure that justice is not given and this is natural, but we believe that the lifespan of a lie is not very long. Gradually, the lies are being exposed. The matter will gradually become clear and people will also understand. You will understand how much truth there was in the matter.

Regarding the hearing, Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati said that our advocates will present our side and we are ready to present all the evidence. The issue is also that how can our involvement be mentioned in the medical report. On what basis are they investigating our involvement? Everyone knows that the medical report done after so many months has no justification and secondly, even if something like this has happened to her child, then how will it be proved that it was done by us? This will require a lot of effort, because it will not be easy to link the name of a child who never came to us.

He further said, the children are living with Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj. Even the child’s parents did not say let the child stay with us. Why have the children been kept in a hotel and even journalists are not being allowed to meet them? After all, why is the police giving so much protection? Is she working on his instructions? They always threaten the laptop. If there is proof then present it to the world. There is a saying in our country, ‘When the fist is closed, it is of lakhs and when it is opened, it is of ashes’, meaning as long as the fist is closed, all the secrets are inside. If anything had happened, we would have presented it before the court.”
