Rinku Singh Father Death News: Indian cricketer Rinku Singh’s father Khanchand Singh has passed away. He died at Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida. He was suffering from stage-4 liver cancer and his condition had remained critical for some time. He was admitted to the hospital after his health deteriorated. The family told that his last rites will be performed in Aligarh and Rinku Singh is also going to attend it.

The mortal remains of Khanchand Singh have been brought to his residence in Ozone Colony, Quarsi. Meanwhile, well-wishers and relatives are also reaching his house. Rinku Singh is currently a member of India’s international T20 World Cup squad and is likely to reach home by afternoon.

Earlier, as soon as information about his father’s serious condition was received, Rinku Singh had to leave Team India and return home immediately. During the T20 World Cup, he could not attend the practice session held at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, while other players were practicing. After this it became clear that his father’s condition was critical, and due to this he had to return home.

Recently, the team’s batting coach Sitanshu Kotak had told in the press conference that Rinku has gone home due to his father’s ill health and it is expected that he will join the team soon. However, after the demise of his father, it is not yet clear whether Rinku Singh will be able to participate in the upcoming World Cup matches or not.
