Kejriwal’s press conference: Said- Modi-Shah conspired against us; If you have the guts then hold elections in Delhi, if BJP wins even 10 seats then I will leave politics.
After being acquitted in the CBI case related to Delhi Liquor Policy case, former Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference in the party office. During this he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah conspired against us. If they could not defeat AAP, they started destroying it. Both of them should apologize to the country. Kejriwal said- Today a big burden has been lifted from my heart. You made so many cases. You left ED, CBI, police behind us. At one time the top 5 leaders of AAP were in jail, but you could not harm anything. Former CM said- Now Kejriwal can be controlled only by murder. These people cannot handle Kejriwal without murder. 3 crore people of Delhi are suffering the consequences of the conspiracy of Modi and Shah.
If I win even 10 seats, I will leave politics.
Apart from this, Kejriwal said that the duo of Modi and Shah together have ruined Delhi in order to take revenge from me. Kejriwal said that if BJP has the strength then it should conduct elections in Delhi. If BJP wins even 10 seats in this, I will leave politics.
Narendra Modi and Amit Shah conspired
Kejriwal said- You are knowing that for the last 4 years, a case of liquor scam was conducted against us with the help of ED, CBI and other institutions. Today the court had to decide whether the case should be prosecuted or not. Is there enough evidence? The court said in its nearly 600-page order that there is not enough evidence or statements to prosecute this case. Had the case continued, evidence would have been kept… but the court said that this is such a trivial, fake, worthless case that there is not a single evidence and witness in it. You know who hatched this entire conspiracy. This was created by Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.

Kejriwal said- I have earned respect and honesty in life. Didn’t earn a single penny, these people wanted to attack him. Hence a conspiracy was hatched. It became clear in the court today that Kejriwal, Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and Aam Aadmi Party are of staunch honesty.
All 23 accused including Kejriwal-Sisodia acquitted
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Friday morning acquitted all 23 accused including Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in the CBI case related to Delhi Liquor Policy case. The court also strongly reprimanded CBI. The court said that there are many flaws in the charge sheet of the investigating agency which have nothing to do with any witness or statement. Special judge Jitendra Singh said that Kejriwal has been implicated without any concrete evidence.
The court acquitted Sisodia and other accused and said that CBI had failed to prove the charges. There are things in the charge sheet running into thousands of pages that do not support the statement of any witness. The judge said that there are misleading statements in the charge sheet.
CBI said- many aspects of the investigation were ignored
On the acquittal of 23 accused including Kejriwal in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, the CBI said – many aspects of the investigation were either ignored or not considered adequately. Will immediately appeal against the decision of the trial court in Delhi High Court.
