Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has acquitted 23 accused, including Arvind Kejriwal and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, in the alleged scam case related to Delhi Liquor Policy. Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference for the first time on Friday after being acquitted by the court. In this, Kejriwal accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah of conspiring.
Kejriwal said, ‘Three crore people of Delhi are suffering the consequences of the conspiracy. Today all the roads of Delhi are broken. Medicines are not available in hospitals. Mohalla clinics are being closed. The schools are in bad condition. The people there had never seen so much pollution in the whole of Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has challenged that if elections are held in Delhi today, BJP will not get more than 10 seats. If he gets more seats than that then he will leave politics.
The judge showed great courage
At the beginning of the press conference, Kejriwal said, ‘BJP has used the word liquor scam a lot in politics for the last four years. The court has given a very historic decision in this case. In today’s environment when all the institutions and authorities are being threatened, the judge has really shown great courage to deliver such a big justice.

Kejriwal further said, ‘In the last four years, we were accused of liquor scam by using ED and CBI. CBI and ED filed chargesheet. Today the court had to take a prima facie decision whether there was enough material to prosecute based on the evidence and witnesses. The case had not yet started. The court has said in an order of about 600 pages that there are not enough witnesses and evidence to even prosecute this case.
Arvind Kejriwal said that the court says that this is such a trivial, fake and wrong case. I am not saying this. You read the court order. Kejriwal alleged that this entire conspiracy was hatched by PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. He said that today both the people should apologize to the entire country. Both conspired to destroy and destroy the Aam Aadmi Party.
‘Independent India’s most disgusting conspiracy’
Kejriwal said, ‘They hatched the most heinous conspiracy of independent India. They were seeing that they cannot defeat us in Delhi. The people of Delhi are very happy with our work. Because of this he hatched a conspiracy. The public knows that Kejriwal is honest, so they said attack Kejriwal’s honesty.
Kejriwal told- why the conspiracy was hatched
Kejriwal further said, ‘They hatched a conspiracy to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party and said that Kejriwal is dishonest. Kejriwal did liquor scam. Kejriwal ate Rs 100 crore. I have earned only honesty and respect in life. Not a single new penny has been earned. Not like these people. They wanted to attack that honesty. That’s why these people hatched this conspiracy. Today the court order has made it clear that Kejriwal is staunchly honest. Aam Aadmi Party is staunchly honest.

‘I have earned only honesty’
Kejriwal said that many people say that why did Kejriwal become silent after coming from jail, why did Kejriwal disappear, where did Kejriwal go? In response, Kejriwal said that I am not a leader. The leaders don’t care. Give me four abuses… he has thick skin. I have earned only honesty in life. It makes a difference to me when someone calls me dishonest. It makes a difference when I am sent to jail and my family is taunted. That’s why I had decided that I will remain silent until I am proven innocent in front of the entire country. Today a huge burden has been lifted from my heart.
Kejriwal should be murdered: Arvind
Kejriwal also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said, I want to tell Modi ji that you have filed so many cases against me. You left ED, CBI, police and income tax. You sent him to jail. There was a time when the top five leaders of Aam Aadmi Party were in jail. Even after that nothing could harm Kejriwal. Modi ji! Now there is only one way left to deal with Kejriwal. Kejriwal will have to be murdered. Apart from that, Kejriwal is not going to handle you. Now Kejriwal is not in your control. You have tried everything.
