UEFA Champions League 2025-26 draw: Real Madrid to face Manchester City, PSG meets Chelsea in Round of 16

Real Madrid and Manchester City will meet again in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League 2025-26, while defending champion Paris Saint-Germain has been drawn against Chelsea in a rematch of the FIFA Club World Cup final.

Pep Guardiola’s side met Real in the play-off round of last year’s competition, with the Spanish side coming out on top 6-3 on aggregate.

Table-topper Arsenal has been drawn against Bayer Leverkusen, while runner-up Bayern Munich faces Atalanta. Barcelona faces a tough tie against Newcastle United in a rematch of the group-stage encounter which the Catalans won 2-1.

The remaining two English sides, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, have been drawn against Galatasaray and Atletico Madrid respectively. Surprise qualifier Bodo/Glimt will take on Sporting Club.

The Round of 16 matches will take place across two legs, the first of which will be on March 10 and 11, and the second on March 16 and 17.
