Symbols of the new logo and their meaning
LSG had released the new logo a few days ago. It has three main symbols – Garuda, crown and elephant. Garuda is a symbol of courage and fearlessness. This shows that the team is not afraid of challenges and always moves towards greater heights. The crown shows pride and responsibility.
The team takes the field in every match with the expectations of millions of fans, and this respect has to be earned every day. Elephant is a symbol of strength, knowledge, patience and unity. This shows the unwavering loyalty of the fans, who stand with the team in every situation.
Statement of owner Shashwat Goenka
Shashwat Goenka, vice president of RPSG Group and owner of LSG, said, "This new logo is very emotional for us. The people of Lucknow and UP accepted the team wholeheartedly from the first day. Garuda is a symbol of taking our dreams higher.
The crown shows your pride and the elephant shows the strength and loyalty of the region." He said that this is not just a design change, but a promise – to respect the city, stay connected to the roots and play with full enthusiasm.
