Manish Tiwari, manager of Madhurima Restaurant located in Gomtinagar, said that if we talk about the prices, then the price of ordinary Gujhiya starts at Rs 1200 per kg, while the price of premium Pista Gujhiya is Rs 4500, Almond Kesar Rs 2400 and Rose Date Gujhiya are priced at Rs 2200, which are being liked very much by the customers. Along with this, dry fruits and special flavors are also being sold in abundance. At our place, people are eagerly enjoying Shahi Baked 1200 Anjeer Rs 2200, Coconut Rs 2200 and Cashew Kesar Gujis. Whereas Honey Dry Fruit at Rs 1800 and Gujiya with No Added Sugar, which is priced at Rs 1250, people are liking it very much. Apart from this, we have more than a dozen different varieties of Gujiya. There doesn’t seem to be any reduction in customer purchases. People are giving priority to quality and taste.
