Uproar over DJ being stopped at wedding ceremony in Pratapgarh, girl’s family chased and beat wedding procession
Pratapgarh Baraat Fight Viral Video: A wedding ceremony in Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh district turned into chaos when a dispute broke out between the wedding procession and the girl’s side over the DJ being switched off. The incident is being reported from a guest house in Dilipapur police station area.
According to the information, the marriage procession of Amit Gupta, resident of Mohanganj Bazaar of Dehat Kotwali area, had come here. After refreshments and Dwarpuja rituals, the DJ operator stopped the DJ at around 10:30 pm citing the Superintendent of Police and board exams.

There was a fierce fight between two parties at a wedding when the DJ stopped.
An altercation started with a person from the girl’s side over the issue of switching off the DJ, which soon turned into a fight. In the viral video, an atmosphere of jostling and chaos is clearly visible between the two sides. There was a stampede during the clash and people present at the spot were seen running here and there.

Police said- action will be taken against the culprits
Lallu Gupta, Shubham Gupta (35), Ramji Modanwal (50) and Kaushal Kumar (42) were seriously injured in this incident. Some people also chased DJ operator Ramji Modanwal and abused him.
According to the police, a case has been registered against two named and seven unidentified people on the basis of the viral video. The police station chief said that the investigation of the case is going on and action will be taken against the culprits.
