Alessandro Bastoni is suspended for the Nerazzurri, Lautaro Martinez is injured, but Hakan Calhanoglu has recovered and will start on the bench.
According to Sky Sport and Gazzetta, Bonny is the favourite over Pio Esposito in attack, while Thuram will surely start.
Carlos Augusto will replace the suspended Bastoni in a three-man defence, and Francesco Acerbi is expected to get the nod in place of Yann Bisseck, who should rest.
Nicolò Barella, Piotr Zielinski and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are the favourites to start in the middle of the park for the Nerazzurri.
Benjamin Siegrist, Broke Norton-Cuffy and Sebastian Otoa are injured for Genoa, who will look to Vitinha and ex-Milan striker Lorenzo Colombo in attack.
With a win, Inter would move 13 points above their city rivals Milan, who will have a game in hand, ahead of next week’s derby.
