The MP said that Kejriwal remained in jail for 126 days and Manish Sisodia for 503 days. Now who will compensate for this after being acquitted by the court?

Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal accused the CBI and said that the case has been deliberately prolonged. While questioning the BJP government at the Centre, he said who will compensate for the fact that former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was in jail for 126 days and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was in jail for 503 days. On Saturday, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal made a scathing attack on the investigating agency CBI in the liquor scam case. The MP said that the agency was well aware that there was no concrete evidence to prove the charges against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Even after this, the investigating agency deliberately prolonged the case. He alleged that the present central government is using the investigating agencies on selected people and political benefits are being provided to the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
