Air India flight going to Tel Aviv returned to Delhi, airspace closed in Israel

US-Israeli attack on Iran : Israel, along with America, has launched a major attack on Iran. During this period, 30 places including the Rashtrapati Bhavan and the headquarters of the intelligence agency were targeted in Tehran. After which there is a possibility of a major attack on Israel from Iran. Meanwhile, airspace in Israel has been closed. Due to which the Air India flight going to Tel Aviv had to return back to Delhi.

An Air India spokesperson said, “AI139, which operated from Delhi to Tel Aviv on February 28, is returning to India due to the closure of airspace in Israel and to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. Air India regrets the inconvenience caused to passengers due to this unexpected situation and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety. We maintain a strict safety and security environment for our flight operations.” “We will continue to assess the situation and proactively adjust operations as needed.”

America-Israel’s big attack on Iran

Earlier, Israel’s Defense Minister said that Israel had launched a preventive missile strike against Iran; Scenes after the attack in Iran, when clouds of smoke are rising into the sky. A US official told the Wall Street Journal that the US (Iran) had participated in the attack and was also carrying out attacks. Sirens were heard in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv as Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran. The Israeli military said it had set up air raid sirens in areas across the country to prepare the public “for the possibility of missiles being fired towards Israel in retaliation.”

Meanwhile, Iran has confirmed three blasts in central Tehran.
