Rules of security and transparency in UP Police Recruitment Exam
The UP government has implemented strict rules to ensure the security and fairness of police recruitment examinations. Now candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center only with pen and valid identity card. Also, there will be no delay in the appointments of dependents of deceased government employees and instructions have been given to settle all pending cases within three months.
UP Police Recruitment Guidelines: The government has implemented new strict rules to ensure the security and transparency of the recruitment examination for Police Sub Inspector and equivalent posts in Uttar Pradesh. The exam will be conducted on March 14 and 15 at 1090 centers across the state, in which 15,75,760 candidates will appear. Only candidates with black or blue pen and valid identity card will be admitted. Along with this, orders have also been issued to complete the appointments of dependents of deceased government employees within three months.
Emphasis on security and transparency
The Chief Secretary has instructed all the District Magistrates, Police Commissioners and senior officers to maintain vigilance in the entire examination process. Through training and briefing, employees have been asked to maintain complete transparency and responsibility in the conduct of examinations. Director General of Police Rajiv Krishna has also asked to strictly follow the standard operating procedures of the board.
Also, 1090 centers have been created across the state for 4543 posts of the examination and it will be conducted in two shifts on March 14 and 15. A total of 15,75,760 candidates will appear in it, due to which security and arrangements have been specially strengthened.
Immediate relief to dependents of deceased employees
The government has also given instructions that there should be no delay in the appointments given to the dependents of government employees who died during their service period. It will be mandatory to complete the disposal of all pending cases within a maximum of three months, so that the families can get immediate financial support.
