America and Israel attack Iran, blasts in many cities including Tehran

Shortly after this, US President Donald Trump posted an eight-minute video on his social media platform Truth Social and confirmed that America is also involved in the attack on Iran.

Israeli Defense Minister Katz and US President Trump confirmed the attacks
Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz has issued a statement declaring a ‘special and permanent state of emergency’ throughout Israel. Trump has said that America has started a ‘major war campaign’ in Iran. Trump said, ‘Our goal is to protect the American people by eliminating the threat posed by the Iranian regime.’
Echoes of explosions in many cities including the capital Tehran
On the other hand, Iranian news agency Fars News reported that several explosions were heard in downtown Tehran. The agency has published photos of three explosions in downtown Tehran. The news agency reported that initial reports indicated that several missiles fell in Daneshgah Street and Jamhuri area.
Many Iranian news agencies have confirmed that sounds of explosions have been heard in various cities of Iran. Apart from Tehran, Kermanshah, Qom, Lorestan, Karaj and Tabriz are among the cities where these media outlets have confirmed the blasts.
Israel and Iran’s airspace closed until further notice
Israeli officials say their airspace has been closed to civilian flights on Saturday following the attack on Iran. The Israeli military announced that it had sounded air raid sirens in several areas across the country to prepare the public for the possibility of rockets being fired at Israel in retaliation. Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization spokesperson Majid Akhavan has announced that ‘the airspace of the entire country has been closed until further notice.’

IDF made important announcement
Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has said in a recent post that all activities except essential services will be banned in the country. The statement said, ‘After assessing the situation, it was decided that immediate changes will be made in the Home Front Command guidelines from 8 am today (Saturday).’
Decision to continue only essential services in all areas of Israel
According to the statement, ‘Under these changes, it has been decided to continue only essential services in all areas of the country. These guidelines include ban on education, gathering of people and work places, except in essential sectors. Common people will have to follow the guidelines issued on the official Home Front Command channel. Complete guidelines will be updated on the National Emergency Portal and Home Front Command App.
