After getting bail, Arvind Kejriwal first took out a rally, then went to many temples and had darshan of God. They are going to organize a mega rally at Jantar Mantar on March 1. Now Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra has attacked Arvind Kejriwal regarding this. Kapil Mishra said that Arvind Kejriwal is overacting. Even when Arvind Kejriwal was in the government, he used to mislead the public and is doing the same even today.
Kapil Mishra said that both the Supreme Court and the High Court have made serious comments in the liquor policy matter. Despite this, Kejriwal declared himself innocent. If the liquor policy was right then why was it withdrawn as soon as the complaint was made?” He alleged that many mobile phones were broken as soon as the investigation began.
During the press conference, the minister further said – Commission of wholesale traders was increased from 5 percent to 12 percent. He also cited the CAG report, which talked about revenue loss. However, the Aam Aadmi Party has already termed these allegations as politically motivated and has been saying that no corruption took place. The minister also raised the issue of cleanliness of Delhi’s roads, water, sewers, schools, hospitals and Yamuna. He said that the situation has worsened instead of improving in 11 years. The public court is the biggest. The people of Delhi have given their answer in the elections.
Was accused of benefiting businessmen
Let us tell you that this matter is related to the new liquor policy for the year 2021-22. At that time the Delhi government had ended the old system and given more responsibility to private companies. Later allegations were made that there were irregularities in the policy and some businessmen were benefited. CBI and ED had started investigation in this case. Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was also arrested in this case.
