Iran Israel : Kashmir : World War III has broken out in the world. Israel and America have launched a fierce attack on Iran. This war has led to a devastating carnage. After the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran has taken an aggressive stance. The impact of this war is starting to fall in India as well. The Shia Muslim Brotherhood has taken an aggressive stance and has protested strongly. In Jammu and Kashmir, Shia Muslims have protested this attack in strong words with posters.
As soon as the news of the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei came to light in the US-Israeli attack, the people of the Kashmir Valley took to the streets. The US-Israeli operation “Operation Epic Fury” is seen by many here as an attack on Islam and the Shia Muslim community in particular. More than 40 Iranian leaders were killed in the operation, further escalating tensions in the Middle East. In India too, hundreds of protesters took to the streets carrying large photos and posters of Khamenei. They constantly chanted slogans such as “Long live Khamenei” and “Death to America and Israel”, symbolizing their deep anger and opposition. The attack has been strongly opposed in Kashmir. It is also said that this attack is cowardly.

Shia Muslims in Srinagar protested the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in the US-Israel attack. Demonstrators shouted anti-US and anti-Israel slogans, protesters carried photos of Khamenei and banners supporting Iran. The streets of Srinagar are lined with black flags, photos of the Ayatollah and traditional dirges (nauha) being sung. In this background, a large police force has also been deployed. But the protest is being conducted in a peaceful atmosphere and the situation is under control.
This attack is not only international politics
Deeply religious and political reasons are linked behind these protests in Kashmir. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was known as an Islamic revolutionary and pro-Palestinian leader in Kashmir. He has long supported Iran’s Kashmir issue, particularly the Shia community and Iran’s supporters. They are also very popular in India. He was considered a symbol of Islamic unity and the Shia Muslim community. But due to his murder, all Shia Muslims have become aggressive and sad. The attack is not only linked to international politics but also to religious and communal sentiments. Therefore, the impact of this is being seen in India as well.

Reacting to the assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Shia leader Syed Samar Kazmi said, “We have not lost a leader for the first time, but we will not forget the death of our beloved leader. We will tell our generations how America and Israel killed our leader with deceit… A section of Muslims has always stood by the path of the beloved leader and always said that we will always raise our voice for the oppressed in Palestine… while the world is silent.” Kashmiri Shia brothers have taken the stand that he was killed only because he raised his voice for the massacres.
