Pakistan’s Qualification Scenario in T20 World Cup 2026 After England Beats New Zealand
Pakistan has a chance to advance to the next round of the T20 World Cup 2026 because England helped them achieve this result. If Pakistan defats Sri Lanka in their last match and they achieve a better NRR than New Zealand then the team led by Salman Agha will reach the semi-finals with three points. New Zealand will qualify for the next round if they do not meet this requirement.
Pakistan needs to win against Sri Lanka by 64 runs or finish their run chase within 13.1 overs according to their batting order.
The Pakistan vs New Zealand match in the Super Eight section got canceled because of rain. The teams received one point each because of this situation.
