Flower Design Gujiya

• The easiest way to give Gujiya a beautiful shape like a flower.
• Make small and equal balls of the kneaded flour and roll them like a puri.
• Take two puris and with the help of a glass, cut them into round pieces of exactly the same size.
• Place the masala (stuffing) in the center of a puri and apply a little water around it.
• Place the second puri on top of it and press the edges with your fingers to seal them well.
• Now with the help of a knife, make small cuts at some distance on the edges of the puri.
• Where the cuts have been made, join the two parts together with your fingers and make them pointed, which will make it look like a flower.

• To prepare Gujiya with classic folded Kinari design, first fill a Puri with stuffing.
• Then apply water on one side, fold it in half and seal it.
• Now fold the edge slightly from one corner.
• While folding, press each fold lightly with your fingers.

• Fill the rolled puri with stuffing and fold it in half and close it well from the edges.
• With the help of fingers, make a beautiful pattern by slightly folding the edges.
• Now gently fold both the ends of the Gujiya and stick them together.
• By doing this the shape of your Gujiya will look like a beautiful burning lamp.
