America and Israel military action on Iran

New Delhi. America and Israel launched large-scale military action against Iran on Saturday. The US President called on the Iranian people to take control of their destiny and revolt against the Islamist leadership that has ruled since 1979. The President had earlier claimed to have stopped eight wars globally, but in the meantime he has also ordered military action in some countries.

US military activities

In March 2025, the US killed an ISIL commander in Iraq’s al-Anbar province. Similarly, in December 2025, retaliatory strikes were launched against ISIL targets in Syria. From March to May 2025, air and sea attacks were carried out against the Houthi rebel group in Yemen.
