Big hint on the sequel of ‘Jab We Met’, Imtiaz Ali revealed the name of the new song – Aditya

Will there be a reboot of ‘Jab We Met’?

Recently, when director Imtiaz Ali was asked about the possible reboot of this film, he gave an interesting answer. Imtiaz said that if a film is made in today’s era then Sharvari and Vedang Can play the characters of this story.

Taking the names of Sharvari Wagh and Vedang Raina, he pointed out that both of them have the energy and innocence that is required for characters like Geet and Aditya.

This statement of Imtiaz is being considered no less than a hint for the fans. Interestingly, Sharvari and Vedang are part of his upcoming project.

New movie announced

Imtiaz Ali has also confirmed his next project. The music in this film will once again be by veteran composer AR Rahman.

Diljit Dosanjh will be seen in the lead role in the film. Apart from this, Naseeruddin Shah, Vedang Raina and Sharvari Wagh will also be seen in important roles.

Blockbuster was made for only 15 crores

The budget of ‘Jab We Met’ was only Rs 15 crore, but the film collected Rs 48.61 crore worldwide. It has got a rating of 7.9 on IMDb.

Even today this film can be seen on OTT platforms and the new generation also likes it as much as the audience did in 2007.
