Haryana News: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini presented the state budget for the second time as Finance Minister. The total budget of the state for the financial year 2026-27 is estimated to exceed Rs 2.25 lakh crore. During the budget speech, CM Saini made many important announcements for women, youth and farmers.
‘Har Nari, Swasth Nari’ scheme for women
Giving a big gift to women, the Chief Minister announced ‘Every Woman, Healthy Woman’ scheme. Under this scheme, ‘Healthy Women Clinics’ will be established in every district of the state. Special health services will be provided to women in these clinics, which will strengthen maternal and women’s health.
AI training and employment for youth
A big provision has also been made for the youth in the budget. CM Saini announced that one lakh youth will be given training in Artificial Intelligence (AI). After training, arrangements will be made to provide them employment, which will increase technical skills and employment opportunities in the state.
Agri Discom for farmers
To provide relief to the farmers, a new electricity corporation named ‘Agri Discom’ will be formed. Through this, tube well connections will be provided to the farmers. With this step, efforts will be made to improve power supply in the agricultural sector.
New district Hansi will have modern development
The Chief Minister announced that the new district Hansi will be developed as a modern district. Under this, infrastructure, urban facilities and administrative systems will be modernized.
Starting with the principles of Guru Nanak Dev Ji
CM Saini starts his budget speech Guru Nanak Dev By mentioning the principle of ‘Kirat Karo, Naam Japo, Vand Chhako’. He said the government aims to promote social balance and inclusivity along with development.
