New Delhi: Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in a joint attack by the US and Israel, following which a new leader has been elected. Iran continues to target US airbases and launch missile and drone attacks on several countries, but now its troubles are about to worsen.
So far, only the US and Israel have carried out major attacks on Iran under Operation Epic Fury, but the possibility of more countries joining in is being expressed. France, Germany, and Britain (the E3 countries) have issued a joint statement, issuing a serious warning.
They stated in the joint statement that they will take necessary defensive action to protect their interests and allies. They may take steps to destroy Iran’s missile and drone capabilities at the source.

Iran bombards Gulf countries.
Iran may have lost its top leaders, but it is still unwilling to surrender. It continues to retaliate against US and Israeli attacks. It launched massive missile and drone strikes on Saturday and Sunday.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards described this as a major attack. Explosions were heard in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE), Doha (Qatar), Manama (Bahrain), Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv.
Iran attacks Dubai
Targeting a US airbase, the Iranian Air Force launched a major attack near the Palm Islands Hotel in Dubai, causing a fire. The US 5th Fleet Headquarters in Bahrain was targeted. Attacks also occurred at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Kuwait, and elsewhere.
In Israel, an attack on a synagogue in the city of Beit Shemesh killed at least nine people and injured several others. Deaths also occurred in Tel Aviv. Iran claims the attacks targeted a US base, but several civilian areas were also hit. Attacks also occurred in Jordan and Iraq.
