Indian stars stranded in Dubai amid Israel-Iran war, big update regarding security

New Delhi . The impact of increasing military tensions between Israel and Iran in the Middle East is now clearly visible on international air services. After the missile attacks and closure of airspace, flights from the Gulf region including Dubai have been affected, due to which many Indian celebrities are stuck there. However, according to the latest updates, all the stars are safe and the local administration is keeping an eye on the situation.

Tamil cinema superstar Ajith Kumar is currently present in Dubai. He had gone to UAE in connection with his racing commitments and was about to return to Chennai, but his trip was postponed due to the sudden suspension of flights. Amidst the concern of the fans, his manager issued an official statement clarifying that Ajit is completely safe and he is not in any kind of danger. Recently he was in the news for his performance in the ‘2025 24H Dubai Endurance Race’. At present, their return to India will be possible only after the situation becomes normal.

Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan has also informed about her well-being through social media. Initially, she tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and appealed for guidance and help, as she was confused due to continuous flight cancellations. However, later on his Instagram story, he wrote that they are safe and the authorities are trying their best to keep all the passengers safe. Sonal has also appealed to avoid rumors and maintain restraint.

Meanwhile, well-known actress of Bengali film industry Subhashree Ganguly is also stuck in Dubai with her son Yuvan. She had gone there for holidays, but due to worsening conditions her return was postponed. Her husband and filmmaker Raj Chakraborty said that both mother and son are safe, although there are problems in communication. His return was proposed on March 5, but in the current circumstances there is no clarity regarding the new date.

  • According to reports, Bollywood actress Esha Gupta and badminton star PV Sindhu are also staying in Dubai. Esha Gupta said in a social media post that she is safe, although the situation is quite scary and challenging. She also said that she has confidence in the Indian government and is praying for the safety of all affected people.

At present, Dubai administration and the concerned embassy are monitoring the situation. The return of stranded passengers will be possible only after the airspace reopens and the situation becomes normal. It is a matter of relief that all the celebrities themselves or through their representatives have clarified that they are safe. In such sensitive times, the best option is to avoid rumors and rely on official information.
