Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked his ‘friend’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi for standing by Israel. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China said in a statement that the two sides should resolve the issue through negotiation. According to Chinese media, Foreign Minister Wang Yi called Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the phone. He said killing of a supreme leader and changing a ruling regime by force cannot be accepted. In fact, Beijing condemned the killing of Khamenei by the US-Israeli.
