BJP Rajya Sabha Candidate List: BJP has released the list of its candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. In which the names of a total of 9 candidates including the party’s national president Nitin Nabin are included. In which the names of Shivesh Kumar, Terash Gowala, Jogen Mohan, Lakshmi Verma, Sanjay Bhatia, Manmohan Samal, Sujit Kumar and Rahul Sinha are also included.

In fact, the Election Commission of India has recently announced elections to be held every two years for the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) to fill 37 seats in 10 states. Which includes 7 seats in Maharashtra, 6 seats in Tamil Nadu, 5 seats in West Bengal, 5 seats in Bihar, 4 seats in Odisha, 3 seats in Assam, 2 seats in Chhattisgarh, 2 seats in Haryana,
2 seats from Telangana and 1 seat from Himachal Pradesh are included. The election date has been fixed for March 16, 2026 and the counting of votes will also take place on the voting day itself.
