- Prepare a thick and smooth batter by adding water slowly. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thin, otherwise the pakodas will not become crunchy.
- Keep it covered for 5-10 minutes, so that the flavor of the spices gets mixed well.
What is the correct way to fry pakodas?
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. To check whether the oil is heated properly or not, drop a little batter in it. If it comes up, the oil is ready.
- Now, with the help of a spoon or hand, pour the batter little by little into the oil. Fry the pakodas until they become golden and crisp.
