Haryana News: In Haryana, the team of State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (RSS and ACB), Gurugram, in a strong action today, has arrested Kapil son of Vinod Kumar, resident of village Palda, police station Badshahpur, district Gurugram, newly posted helper, Municipal Corporation Gurugram, red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 40,000.
In this regard, a case has been registered in the Police Station State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gurugram under Case No. 05 dated 03.03.2026, Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 308 (2) BNS.

The complainant filed a complaint against R.S. And in her complaint to ACB, Gurugram, she alleged that the accused had demanded a bribe of Rs 50,000 in exchange for not stopping the construction work of her house. After negotiations the deal was finalized for Rs 40,000.
As soon as the complaint is received, ACB The team took action in a planned manner. The complainant was sent to the accused with the demanded amount. As soon as accused Kapil accepted a bribe amount of Rs 40,000 from the complainant, the team took immediate action and caught him red-handed from outside the Municipal Corporation Gurugram office. During the search, bribe amount of Rs 40,000 was recovered from the possession of the accused.
