Dantewada: Grandson murdered grandfather in greed for compensation, accused grandson arrested

Police registered an FIR, during investigation it was revealed that the joint account land of village Nerli, in which Budhru Telam and other family members were account holders, was acquired in the year 2023 for laying the slurry pipeline, optical fiber cable and water pipeline of NMDC Limited from Bailadila to Nagarnar.

During interrogation he confessed to the murder. On his behest the Gupti used in the crime was seized.
