Suzuki Electric Scooter India: There is news of great relief for the middle class and employed people. Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd has launched flexible rental and subscription services for two-wheeler customers. For this, the company has announced a strategic partnership with Royal Brothers Rentals. This initiative was launched with the company’s first electric scooter. Suzuki e-Access This marks Suzuki’s entry into the mobility subscription market.

Scooters on rent from 24 hours to 1 year

Under this new facility, customers can rent Suzuki e-Access for a period ranging from 24 hours to one year or choose a subscription model. This scheme has been specially designed for those people who want to use electric scooter without spending huge amount or taking loan. This option can prove to be very beneficial for students, those doing transferable jobs and short-term users. Now instead of buying a scooter, it will be easier to use it as per need.

Service started in these 7 cities

According to media reports, this service has currently been started in seven cities – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Gurugram. Customers in these cities can easily book scooters through Royal Brothers Rentals’ existing network and platform. The company says that the scope of this partnership can be expanded in future and other models can also be included in the subscription portfolio. However, official information regarding the subscription price has not been revealed yet.

How much is the price of Suzuki e-Access?

The ex-showroom price of this Suzuki electric scooter starts from Rs 1,88,490. According to the official information of the company, this scooter gives a driving range of up to 95 kilometers once fully charged. Talking about performance, it generates maximum power of 4.1KW. It has features like 160mm ground clearance, disc brake at the front, drum brake at the rear and connected features.

Which models are there to compete with?

In the market, this scooter competes with popular models like Bajaj Chetak 3001, Ather Rizta S, TVS iQube and Vida VX2 Plus. Through the subscription model, Suzuki has taken a big step towards making electric mobility more accessible.
