Haryana News: Special Task Force (STF) arrested two shooters after an encounter in Karnal, Haryana. Both the miscreants have been shot in the legs and are undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital, Karnal.
STF team had arrived late on Tuesday evening to surround the accused. According to officials, as soon as he saw the police, a miscreant started firing directly at the team. A bullet passed very close to the constable, due to which he narrowly escaped. In retaliation, STF’s bullet hit the legs of both the accused.
There was firing at the showroom in Sonipat
DSP Aman Kumar said that the accused had committed suicide on February 27. Sonipat In the beginning there was firing outside the showroom of Pahal Nutrition. After the incident, he also made its video viral on social media.
Apart from this, the accused had also carried out firing incidents at two other places.
Bullets fired on police during siege
According to the information, the team of STF in-charge Deependra Rana had received information that both the shooters involved in the showroom firing were hiding in Karnal. Based on the information, the team cordoned off the area.
As soon as the police tried to catch them, the miscreants, seeing themselves surrounded, started firing. In retaliation by the police, both the accused were shot in their legs.

Two illegal pistols recovered
Police have recovered two illegal pistols from the possession of the accused. Initial investigation has revealed that both were planning to commit some major crime in Karnal.
