- 2 cups poha
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 cup oats powder
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 finely chopped carrot
- 4-5 finely chopped green chillies
- Half cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- half teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Ghee as required
- salt as per taste
method of making
- To make Poha Cheela, first wash the Poha with water.
- Then add 2 cups of water in a bowl and soak the poha for some time.
- After some time, separate the water from the soaked poha in the mixer and grind it till it becomes smooth.
- Then add gram flour and oats powder and grind it again.
- Now in a plate, finely chop onion, green chilli, carrot, tomato and coriander leaves with the help of a knife.
- After this, take out the ground mixture in a bowl. Now add chopped onion, carrot, green chilli, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well with the help of a spoon.
- Now if your batter has become thick, add some water to it and mix.
