Ajay Navkhare was born in a poor farmer family. The parents were farmers and the financial condition of the family was weak. Ajay was interested in doing business since childhood. During his studies he tried small jobs and businesses.

He shared the same idea with his friend Sudhakar Malwar.

Sudhakar Malwar was born in Badnera in Amravati district, but he started living permanently in Anjangaon Bari. His father died when he was in the fourth grade. The responsibility of mother and four sisters in the family fell on his shoulders.

After leaving studies after 12th, he worked as a laborer at a brick kiln, got his sisters married and later started agriculture related work with a tractor.

Ajay had seen their struggle closely, so he knew that Sudhakar would support him strongly in this new initiative.

After much discussion, both of them found a business in which investment was less and profits were more. Ultimately he chose the field of home care products.

Thus Brand Enterprises Was established.

He created home care products for everyday use and started making them available to youth at wholesale rates so that they could start their own small businesses.

Today their products are being distributed all over Maharashtra. They also help people in setting up their business by giving guidance.

Many women and unemployed youth are moving towards self-employment through Brand Enterprises. This model is becoming increasingly popular due to low investment, better profits and regular guidance.

The aim of Ajay and Sudhakar is not just to make profit but to create employment.

His aim is to make Brand Enterprises a national level brand in the coming five years and sell products all over India.

They want to give more and more people the opportunity to get employment and start their own business.
