For the dough: 2 cups wheat flour (or maida), 2 tbsp semolina (for crispness), 4 tbsp oil (moyan), half tsp celery, salt as per taste.

For stuffing: 4 boiled potatoes, 2 finely chopped green chillies, half teaspoon grated ginger, green coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and a pinch of asafoetida.
