US-Israel Iran War : Pressure on BJP in Kerala; Lakhs of Keralites to Gulf countries for employment

New Delhi : Due to the US-Israeli attack on Iran, the pressure on the BJP has increased in Kerala. Because millions of Keralites live in gulf countries for work and employment. With tensions rising there, his family has been demanding the BJP-led central government to bring him back home. Whenever such an uneasy situation arises in the world, India has always worked to bring back its citizens.

At this time, the war in the Gulf countries has worsened the situation. The citizens are demanding that the Modi government at the center should work to bring back their families from there. Approximately 1 crore Indian workers and professionals live in the Gulf countries. There are almost two million Indians in Dubai alone. About 60 percent of the Indian population in the Gulf states is believed to be from Kerala. People in Kerala work in fields ranging from nursing to oil refineries.

After the attack on Iran, Iran has also launched attacks on nine neighboring countries. This has created panic in all the Gulf countries, making Indians there want to return home. This includes Keralites as well. Their families in Kerala have also intensified their demands. In this context, the Left Front government in the state has created problems for the BJP in this matter.

A challenge before the central government

Local residents have been told that only the central government can do this. Because the Ministry of External Affairs is under the central government of BJP. Local people in Kerala have also started making this demand from BJP leaders in the state. However, there is a challenge before the central government. Most of the air routes to the Gulf countries are currently closed. Currently, it is possible to travel from Oman to India via London or other countries.
