Suzuki’s hold in the Indian market has become stronger. Domestic sales increased by 38% to 1,01,071 units as against 73,215 units in the same month last year. This increase shows that the demand for the company’s scooters and bikes is increasing rapidly among middle and lower middle class customers. The company did not lag behind on the export front also. Sales in overseas markets increased by 33% to 22,228 units, compared to 16,751 units a year ago.

Earnings from spare parts also increased

Not only vehicle sales, the company’s spare parts division also performed brilliantly. In February 2026, this department recorded an income of Rs 893.6 million, which is 18% more on an annual basis. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company, said that the performance of February 2026 is the result of the trust of customers and dealer partners. He said that the company continuously engages with riders to give customers the opportunity to experience Suzuki two-wheelers in real situations. Going forward, the company will focus on enhancing customer engagement and providing better products and services for everyday travel.

New features and expansion of dealer network

In February, the company updated its scooter lineup and added a single-channel ABS system to the Suzuki Access. This feature is considered especially important from security point of view. Strengthening the retail network, Kanak Suzuki dealership was opened in Dehradun, while the first dealership was opened in Gangtok, Sikkim. Now the brand is present in all the states of the country.

Special campaign to increase customer engagement

Over 3,700 riders and customers participated in the Suzuki Matsuri Festival held in Hyderabad. The company also participated in Anime India 2026 in Kolkata. Also, Suzuki Motofest campaign was run across the country. GIXER pit stop events took place in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kozhikode and Nagpur. V-Strom Experience Day was organized in Vadodara and Suzuki Access Mileage Contest in Angul and Rupnagar. It is clear that the company is emphasizing not just on sales but also on building strong relationships with customers.
