Two youths died in collision between car and bike on Agra-Mumbai National Highway
Dholpur. Two bike-riding youths died in a collision between a car and a bike on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway on Wednesday afternoon. A youth who was seriously injured in the accident has been admitted to the district hospital of Dholpur for treatment.
Dholpur District Hospital outpost in-charge Prem Singh said that the three youths who were victims of the accident worked as confectioners in Dholpur. After playing Holi on Wednesday, the three youths were going towards Agra on bike. His bike collided head-on with a Nexon car near Hinauta Chowki in Maniyan police station area on Agra-Mumbai National Highway.
After the collision between the car and the bike, all three jumped from the bike and fell on the road. Of these, two youths died on the spot. The deceased have been identified as 24 year old Rishabh son of Godan Singh resident of Bajidpur police station Fatehabad district Agra Uttar Pradesh and 25 year old Durgesh son of Chhotalal Kushwaha resident of Amrupura police station Saiya district Agra Uttar Pradesh.
In this accident, about 20 year old Bhura, resident of Amrupura police station, Saiya district, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, was seriously injured. As soon as the information about the accident was received, Maniyan police station reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital, where considering his critical condition, he was referred to Agra.
Maniyan police station confiscated the car and the damaged bike after the accident. The police have conducted post-mortem of the dead bodies and handed over their bodies to their families. In this regard, the police have registered a case at Maniyan police station and started investigation.
