Finn Allen scored a century in 33 balls with the help of 10 fours and 8 sixes in the semi-final against South Africa. Earlier this record was in the name of former West Indies opener Chris Gayle, he had scored a century in 47 balls against England in the year 2016.
Gayle’s innings is also at number three, he completed his century in 50 balls against South Africa in the year 2007. Current England captain Harry Brook scored a century in 50 balls against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup 2026. Whereas former New Zealand captain and opening batsman Braden McCullum had scored a century against Bangladesh in 51 balls.
