Nitish Kumar deserves Bharat Ratna: KC Tyagi!

Senior JDU leader KC Tyagi has once again called Nitish Kumar deserving of Bharat Ratna. He said that the way Nitish Kumar has served Bihar, has brought a state full of darkness into the light of development, I think he deserves Bharat Ratna also.

This statement of JDU leader KC Tyagi has come at a time when Nitish Kumar has decided to distance himself from Bihar politics and go to Rajya Sabha. Nitish Kumar expressed his desire to go to Rajya Sabha through ex-post. On Thursday, in the presence of Union Minister Amit Shah, CM Nitish Kumar also filed nomination papers as a Rajya Sabha candidate.

On Nitish Kumar’s post, JDU leader KC Tyagi while talking to IANS said that Nitish Kumar has filed his nomination for Rajya Sabha and he will be successful and will increase the dignity of the House. I have a five decade old relationship with him. He is one of the few people in politics who did politics with honesty and gentleness.

On the statements of the opposition, KC Tyagi said that Nitish Kumar has been becoming CM for the last 21 years only with the help of BJP, the allegation of the opposition is baseless.

On the post of former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Rohini Acharya about Nitish Kumar, JDU leader KC Tyagi said that I do not take her statement seriously. He is already in trouble due to family discord.

Praising CM Nitish Kumar, he said that the intensity with which Nitish Kumar has emerged in Indian politics and Bihar politics has made him a man of the era. The honesty with which he governed brought Bihar out of darkness. He also deserves Bharat Ratna.

CM Nitish Kumar has informed on ex-post that he has filed nomination as a Rajya Sabha candidate. He said in the X-post that for more than two decades, you have continuously maintained your trust and support with me and on the basis of that, we have served Bihar and all of you with full devotion.

It was on the strength of your trust and support that today Bihar is presenting a new dimension of development and respect. For this I have expressed my gratitude to you many times in the past also. Ever since I started my parliamentary career, I had a desire in my mind to become a member of both the Houses of the Bihar Legislative Assembly as well as the Parliament. In this sequence, I want to become a member of Rajya Sabha in this election.
