- 4 bread slices
- 1 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum (optional)

- Take boiled corn in a bowl, add grated cheese to it.
- Now add salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- If you want, you can also add finely chopped onion and capsicum to it.
- Mix everything well.
- Apply some butter on the bread slices.
- Now spread the prepared corn-cheese filling on one slice.
- Place the second bread slice on top.
