In fact, during the NDA government in Bihar for the last 20 years, the Home Ministry has generally been with Nitish Kumar, but after the recent assembly elections, in the division of departments, the Home Ministry went to the BJP’s account, after which there was talk of dissatisfaction within the JDU. According to sources, amidst the upcoming political equations and organizational changes, JDU has now expressed its desire to take the responsibility of the Home Department again. According to sources, Nitish Kumar has put his demand before BJP. It is believed that this issue can be discussed soon within the NDA.
Government formula is going to change in Bihar!
Let us tell you, at present the current structure of the NDA government in Bihar is such that JDU has a Chief Minister and BJP has two Deputy CMs, but if Nitish Kumar goes to Rajya Sabha, this equation of power can change completely. According to political sources, a new formula may emerge in the future with a Chief Minister from BJP and two Deputy CMs from JDU. If this happens then it will be considered a big change in the politics of Bihar. For the last several years, the government in Bihar has been running under the leadership of JDU, but now the discussion has intensified on the possibility of forming a government under the leadership of BJP.
At present, Samrat Chaudhary has the Home Department.

If the post of Chief Minister becomes vacant then Samrat Chaudhary’s claim is considered to be the strongest. The biggest reason for this is the numerical strength of BJP in Bihar Assembly. BJP has about 89 MLAs, making it the largest party in the NDA. In such a situation, BJP’s claim on the post of Chief Minister is being considered natural. Samrat Chaudhary is currently the Deputy CM of the state and he also has the responsibility of the Home Department.
