These destinations share a reputation for warm hospitality and genuine friendliness, qualities that often leave a strong impression on visitors, according to the agency.
The rankings are based on more than 370 million verified reviews submitted by travelers around the world.
In addition to recognizing destinations, the awards also honor accommodation providers and travel-related businesses across 220 countries and territories.
In Vietnam alone, more than 13,052 properties received the Traveller Review Award, underscoring the country’s strengthening reputation and the consistent efforts of local tourism businesses to improve visitor experiences.
Known for its long stretches of sandy coastline and upscale resorts, Phu Quoc has become one of Vietnam’s most popular destinations for international travelers.
Many foreign visitors have also praised the island for the warmth and friendliness of its local residents, noting that the welcoming atmosphere adds to the overall travel experience.
Phu Quoc authorities recently established a tourism rapid response team to better protect visitors.
