Yami Gautam tweeted clarification

After the increasing controversy on social media, Yami Gautam clarified the entire situation in a tweet. He said that he had not intentionally liked the reel about which there is controversy. Yami wrote in her tweet that she has come to know that she has allegedly liked a reel which is going to humiliate another artist.

Yami told that artists are tagged in many posts and videos on social media every day and it is possible that that post may also have come up in the context of some tag or award function. He said that this work was not done intentionally and even if it had happened, it might have been clicked by mistake. Yami also clarified that there is no PR stunt involved in this.

Allegations of PR stunt also rejected

Yami Gautam also said in her statement that she has never resorted to cheap PR methods in her career. She wrote that she always focuses on her work and believes in moving forward on that basis. Yami also told that she does not have any PR team and she handles her social media herself. She also said that she has already expressed her opinion in a respectful manner regarding award shows and now her entire focus is only on her work.

Will make a special appearance in the upcoming film

Talking about the work front, Yami Gautam will soon be seen making a special appearance in the film Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge. This film has been directed by her husband Aditya Dhar. This film is going to be released in theaters on March 19. Ranveer Singh will be seen in the lead role in the film. Apart from this, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R.
