Global stars will shine in the Grand Final of T20 World Cup 2026, see who will perform in the “Closing Ceremony”
Ahmedabad: Narendra Modi Stadium is going to add another golden page in the history of cricket on Sunday i.e. 8th March 2026. While the final match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 between India and New Zealand will start at 7 pm, but before that there will be a spectacular closing ceremony in the stadium, where fans around the world will see the magic of music.
ICC released official performer list
– Global superstar Ricky Martin – King of Latin pop, whose hits like ‘Livin’ la Vida Loca’ resonate around the world. This will be his performance in India after a long time.
– Desi music icon Sukhbir – The ones who made the stadium dance with Punjabi beats like ‘Apni To Zindagani’.
– Falguni Pathak – Garba Queen, whose songs like ‘Indrani’ and ‘Mera Piya Ghar Aaya’ will make fans dance.
ICC posted on its official social media, “The stage is getting even bigger! Ricky Martin will be joined by Sukhbir and Falguni Pathak for the closing ceremony. Get ready for global hits and desi tunes – these legends will set the stage on cricket’s biggest night!”

Team India, captained by Suryakumar Yadav, defeated England in the semi-finals by just 7 runs in a thrilling match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
