Former student of DAV Rinhadnagar becomes IAS, school family becomes proud

Saurabh Gupta, an alumnus of DAV Public School, NTPC, Rihandnagar, has registered his name in history by cracking the country’s most prestigious examination UPSC 2026. Today the entire school family is feeling proud. Saurabh Gupta has not only brought glory to the school by securing 783 rank; Rather, along with his parents, he has filled the entire area with pride.
This success is the result of Saurabh Gupta’s hard work, determination and the values imparted by the school. Saurabh’s father Ramji Gupta is known as a pharmaceutical businessman as well as a famous social worker. His mother Girija Devi is a skilled housewife. Saurabh’s elder brothers Ashutosh and Shubham are making their mark in the field of pharmaceutical business. Saurabh has been intelligent since childhood. Saurabh had secured first position in the school in the tenth and twelfth examinations.
Principal Rajkumar told that Saurabh passed IIT Advanced in the first attempt and after doing engineering from IIT Patna, he is posted as JE ATC in ‘Airport Authority of India Limited’. Social Science teacher Anant Mohan told that Saurabh has had a desire to do something special for the country and society through administrative service since childhood. He said that Saurabh proved that DAV School is an institution providing high quality education with values.
Senior teachers of the school, Dr. RK Jha, Vijay Tiwari, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, DC Shukla, SP Tiwari, Saurabh Srivastava along with all the teachers congratulated Saurabh Gupta and expressed their confidence that Saurabh will do excellent work for the country, society and humanity by going into administrative service. Principal Rajkumar congratulated and blessed Saurabh and wished him for a bright future.
