A new era will begin

According to party sources, this step of Nishant Kumar will not be limited to formal membership only, but along with this he is preparing to play an active role in the party organization and political activities. The entry of Nishant, who had maintained distance from public life for a long time, into politics is being considered as the beginning of a new phase for JDU.

Actually, this development has come to light at a time when Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has decided to file nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha elections to be held on March 16. This decision of Nitish Kumar, who has been active in Bihar politics for a long time, is being seen as a possible end to his long tenure as Chief Minister and preparation for a new political system. In such a situation, Nishant’s entry into JDU is giving rise to a new discussion about the future of the party.

Meeting held at Sanjay Jha’s place

Sources reveal that an important meeting was also held with several MLAs and Legislative Council members of Nishant Kumar’s party at the residence of JDU National Working President Sanjay Jha in Patna. In this meeting he discussed in detail the future strategies of the party and the direction of the organization. According to the leaders present in the meeting, Nishant stressed on strengthening the organization and increasing communication with the workers. Another party source said that senior JDU leader and minister Shravan Kumar was also present in this meeting.

During the meeting, MLAs and councilors welcomed Nishant’s decision to enter politics and called it a positive step for the party. Earlier, many JDU MLAs had expressed dissatisfaction with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to file nomination for the Rajya Sabha elections, but the news of Nishant becoming active in politics soon has balanced the atmosphere within the party to some extent.

Anger is decreasing

Here, a meeting of JDU MLAs, Legislative Councilors and MPs was also organized at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday evening. In this meeting, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar gave detailed information to the party leaders about his decision.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that the Chief Minister has made it clear that he has taken the decision of going to Rajya Sabha completely voluntarily and there was no pressure on it. Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that the Chief Minister has assured the party MLAs that he will continue to guide JDU workers and leaders in future also. He also confirmed that the Chief Minister has given consent to his son Nishant Kumar to enter active politics.

What do experts say?

Political analysts believe that Nishant Kumar’s entry into JDU may not only be a personal decision but also a strategic step regarding the future of the party. If Nishant plays an active role in organization and politics in the coming time, then the foundation of leadership of a new generation in JDU politics can be strengthened.
