Superpowers in a world depend on public trust, as shown by “trust values.” Trust levels affect heroes’ performance, determining how they rank and how strong they become as a result of how much belief is given to them.
In the Season 1 Finale, the Heroes Ranking Tournament was set up to take place every two years, to identify the greatest hero called “X.”
