Bihar Politics: An important political development was seen in the politics of Bihar on Sunday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar formally joined Janata Dal (United). Party leaders and workers warmly welcomed him during the program organized at JDU office in Patna. This is being seen as the beginning of a new political chapter for the party.
When Nishant Kumar reached JDU office on Sunday, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the workers present there. The supporters welcomed him with applause and slogans. A large number of leaders and workers were present in the party office. Nishant Kumar reached the stage and greeted senior party leaders and took their blessings.
Entry into the party at an auspicious time
It is being told that Nishant Kumar took membership of JDU at an auspicious time. Earlier the time for his joining the membership was fixed at 1 pm, but keeping in mind the auspicious time, he took the membership of the party at around 1:30 pm.
During the program, Nishant Kumar touched the feet of senior party leaders in a simple manner and took blessings. On this occasion, Bihar government ministers Shravan Kumar, Lacey Singh, Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh and Rajya Sabha candidate Ramnath Thakur were also present on the stage. All the leaders congratulated him on joining the party and expressed good wishes for his political future.

On reaching JDU office, Nishant Kumar greeted the supporters and workers with folded hands. His humble behavior attracted the attention of the people present there. The arrival of Nishant, who was away from public life for a long time, on the political stage is being considered a special moment for the party workers.
