IPL 2026 KKR Head Coach
Abhishek Nayar has been appointed as the head coach of the 2026 IPL season. He will be replacing Chandrakant Pandit following a disappointing 2025 season and major coaching overhaul.
Nayar who has worked as KKR mentor and assistant coach before his stint with Indian team, will bring in exeperience from the KKR academy.
IPL 2026 KKR Bowling Coach
Bharat Arun is the KKR’s bowling coach for IPL 2026 while Carl Crowe remains the Spin Bowling Coach for the team.
On 14 January 2022, Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) named Bharat Arun as their bowling coach while he remained an integral part of the team which won the IPL 2024 title.
Bharat Arun announced his retirement from first-class cricket in November 1993 and joined as the bowling coach of the Indian national team in 2014 and played a key role in helping Team India scale new heights.
Bharat started his coaching career with the Tamil Nadu domestic team and became the chief bowling coach at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. He then took over as head coach of the India Under-19 squad when India won the U19 World Cup in 2012, in Australia.
