IPL 2026 RCB Head Coach

Former Zimbabwean cricket Andy Flower is the head coach of RCB in IPL 2026. Royal Challengers Bengaluru are unlikely to change their head coach for the 2026 season. After finishing in sixth position in 2023, RCB qualified for the playoffs last season under Andy.

Andy Flower joined RCB as the head coach for the IPL 2024 season, replacing Sanjay Bangar. With an improvement in the team’s performance, Andy Flower secured his position as IPL 2026 RCB head coach.

IPL 2026 RCB Batting Coach

Former RCB cricketer Dinesh Karthik has been appointed as the RCB batting coach for the IPL 2026 season. Karthik, who played for RCB last season, announced his retirement after his team’s defeat in the IPL 2024 Eliminator.

Dinesh Karthik returned to RCB in IPL 2022 and became one of the fan favourites in his last three seasons with the franchise. DK scored 796 runs in his last three seasons of the cash-rich league.

With the benefit of the ‘Impact Player‘ rule, RCB utilised him as an explosive death-over specialist. While everyone was left heartbroken at missing Dinesh Karthik in red and blue, the franchise made a surprise announcement by including him in the support staff list.

Dinesh Karthik made his IPL debut in the inaugural edition of the tournament and never skipped an IPL season. In his career, Dinesh Karthik has played 257 IPL matches and scored 4842 runs at a strike rate of 135.36, which includes 22 half-centuries.
