How to make Litti in cooker
To make Litti, first add a little salt and celery to the flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough a little hard and leave it covered for 15-20 minutes. On the other side, prepare Sattu stuffing. To prepare this, add finely chopped garlic and onion, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice, pickle masala, salt and mustard oil to Sattu and mix well and prepare the stuffing. Now make balls of dough and fill them with Sattu stuffing and give them a round shape. After this, put the cooker on the gas without adding water and let it heat for 5-10 minutes. Then place a stand in it and arrange litti on it. Now close the lid of the cooker and remove the whistle. Let it cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind that the Litti has to be turned occasionally. When the color of Litti turns light brown, take it out and serve it with Brinjal Chokha.
